As participation in the Henley Sports Academy is voluntary, there is an application fee and annual participation fee, which is part of the Materials and Service Charges as a Subject Levy. These are set by the Henley High School Governing Council and contribute to costs associated with the Academy and covers items such as guest speakers, specialist coaches, transport and equipment. The fees are reviewed annually, and parents will be informed of any changes via the Materials and Service Charge recommendations from Governing Council. Some excursions and sport camps will incur additional costs, especially where accommodation and transport are required. Parents will be given advanced notice of excursions and sport camps to assist with planning and budgeting.

Payment methods
Application fees must be paid by the application due date otherwise the application will not be accepted.
Invoices for annual fees are sent to parents/caregivers at the start of each year and are due by the end of Term 2.
Our preferred payment method is through Qkr!. Payment can also be made by calling the Finance Team on 08 8355 7000 or in person at Henley High School during school hours. Direct debits/payment plans are available. These need to be arranged before the end of Term 1. Forms are available by emailing: [email protected].
If you are eligible for School Card, you may be able to receive financial assistance with the annual fees.
Withdrawal
A student who withdraws from the Henley Sports Academy will need to discuss this decision with the Assistant Principal Director for Sport. If you are withdrawn or removed from the Academy after Week 5, Term 1 you are still required to pay the full annual fee.
