School Tour – Term 3

Henley High School is excited to invite families and the community to our School Tour.

Please meet at the front of the Henley High School Hall (the large building on Cudmore Terrace with the Henley High School logo on the front) 10 minutes prior to the session commencing. On-street parking is available on Cudmore Terrace. Please wear comfortable walking schools and dress for the weather. Some light outdoor walking is involved in the tour.

Attending a school tour is a great way to see the Henley High School learning environment first-hand. Our tours include:

8.15am – School Leadership Presentation

A Principal’s address where you can learn what it means to flourish at Henley High School.

• Principal, Mr Tony Sims will discuss the overall strategy and direction of our school, including what sets us apart and what to expect in the years ahead.
• Deputy Principal, Ms Sandra Greenan will take you through our approach to the curriculum and our techniques for providing students a rich learning environment.
• Director for Inclusion, Mr John Maratos will cover our approach to wellbeing and inclusion and how we maintain a safe and supportive school for our students.

8.45am – Families not wishing to join the Sport Academy presentation are invited to join a student-led guided tour.

8.45am – Sports Academy Presentation (optional)

A presentation from our Director for Sport, Ms Sammy Nutt covering our world-class Sports Academy and how to apply.

9.15am – Families invited to join a student-led guided tour.
