Is your child intending to leave Henley High School?

All students that are planning to leave Henley High School must complete a student leaving clearance form. This might be to transfer to another school, go into further education or training, or transition into the workforce.

We encourage parents/caregivers to contact the school on 08 8355 7000 to discuss the possibility of a student leaving Henley High School.

Important

This form is required to be completed before the student’s last day of attendance at Henley High School.
Students are required to return all materials including textbooks, borrowed devices such as calculators and ensure their personal locker is emptied and left in a clean state.
Students must contact their House Leader or Year Level Coordinator to arrange a final locker check and clearance.

The students need to contact their House Leader or Year Level Coordinator to arrange to remove items from lockers and return any items necessary.
