School fees
The materials and services charges play a pivotal role in enhancing value and supporting Henley High School’s commitment to providing a diverse and enriching curriculum. School expenses are partly met by government funding. However, allocating additional resources toward curriculum and subject supplies and services, ensures students have access to a wide array of educational opportunities, fostering a dynamic learning environment where they can thrive.
2025 Materials and Services Charges
In Iine with the Education and Children’s Services Act 2019 and the Materials and Services Charges instruction, the Henley High School Governing Council conducted a poll for the 2025 Material and Services Charges.
Our Henley High School Governing Council’s choose not to increase the 2025 Materials and Services Charges from the 2024 charge to assist families financially.
For 2025, the State Government also has provided each family a $200 rebate (credit) for each child to assist families financially towards their school fees charges.

Subject charges
The following 2025 subject charges are in addition to the Materials and Services Charges for those students undertaking the following subjects:

VET courses | VET courses are charged in line with the specific VET Programs. Some of the courses have additional costs for items such as work boots or protective clothing which may be a requirement of the course. |

Laptop program
The cost of each laptop is $1400. This amount can be paid for in full or 2 payments of $700 payable over 2 years. The first payment of $700 is required in full prior to collection of the laptop.

Payment can also be made by calling the Finance Team on 08 8355 7000 or in person at Henley High School during school hours.
Direct debits/payment plans are available. These need to be arranged before the end of Term 1. Forms are available by emailing: [email protected].
If you are eligible for School Card, you may be able to receive financial assistance with fees.
