Enrolment request form

Thank you for considering enrolment at Henley High School. Before starting this enrolment request, please be aware of the following:

  • This is only a registration of interest for enrolment and is not an offer of enrolment for your child.
  • Depending on your situation and the time of year, you may need to follow a different application process. The first question below will guide you in the right direction.
  • You are required to upload several documents with this form. These include:
    • The students most recent school report and a copy of their birth certificate or passport
    • If you own the home you live in, a copy of the contract of sale for the property or a recent council rates notice and a recent gas or electricity bill for the property. We are unable to accept water bills or emergency services levies.
    • If you rent the home you live in, a copy of the property’s lease agreement (covering at least the first 12 months the student will be attending Henley High School), a copy of the property’s bond receipt and a recent gas or electricity bill for the property. We are unable to accept water bills or emergency services levies.
    • Other documents you may like to share including family law or court orders, relevant visa documentation, or information about any health, disability or support needs.
  • Enrolment requests are online via this form only. Paper copies are not accepted.
