Health and Safety Representative Work Groups

Prior to asking for nominations, I needed to consult with employees (the staff) to determine the work group or groups to be represented by the HSR.

The work group or groups are a defined group of employees that the HSR will represent. This may be just one work group (eg all staff) or there may be multiple work groups on each site. Each work group could have their own HSR.

As such, I am asking staff to provide feedback regarding which work group or groups we want for this site.

Following this decision, the next stage is to consult with the work group on how to facilitate a nomination or election process to choose the HSR(s). Once the process is decided we will conduct a process to elect a HSR(s).
