The Specialist Golf Program is based upon a whole year development program. Students have two 100 minute lessons per week over the whole year, which consist of practice sessions, on-course match practice, theory work, seminars and strength & conditioning sessions.
The training schedule supports a whole year development model focussing on preseason, in season and post season training methods.

Focus: Pre-Competition Preparation Phase – Individual and Team Preparation.
